Terms of the Vow.

1. The Agreement
These Terms govern your use of tamasic.dark and every purchase made from us. Entering the site — and certainly, completing a purchase — means you accept what is written here. If anything here does not sit with you, do not proceed.
2. The Vow
Tamasic is a small-batch atelier. Our terms are written in the same spirit as our garments — minimal, deliberate, and permanent. We keep things simple on purpose:
- We own what we make, you own what we sell you.
- We forge in good faith; we ask that you buy in good faith.
- The vow is binding on both sides.
3. Purchases & Orders
All orders are an offer to buy, which we accept when we send you a confirmation email. Before that point, we may cancel any order for any reason — stock errors, fraud checks, shipping restrictions, or silence week.
Accuracy of information
While we take care to describe every piece truthfully, the web is imperfect. Colours, weights, and textures may shift slightly between monitor and atelier.
4. Pricing & Currency
Prices are listed in INR by default. All taxes and duties applicable at the shipping destination are your responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise. We never discount; the price is the craft price.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Free India shipping applies to orders over ₹12,500. Ritual Standard takes 3–7 business days; Express Vow takes 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
6. Returns
You may return unworn pieces in original ritual packaging within 30 days of receipt. Final-sale items, bespoke commissions, and mended pieces cannot be returned.
7. The Lifetime Mend
Every garment is mended, for free, for life. Mail it to the atelier; pay only the shipping there. We repair fabric damage, re-stitch seams, replace buttons, and return it.
8. Intellectual Property
All text, imagery, and patterns on this site are property of the Tamasic house. Do not reproduce them for commercial use without written permission. Editorial sharing with attribution is welcome.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tamasic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our products. Our liability is capped at the amount paid for the piece in question.
